Consultation

• Agreement with the client on the essential parameter of the project, client’s budget and payment requirements.
• Decision of the level of involvement from both designer and client.

Design Concept

• Through conversation with the client and analysis of the space and existing furnishings, we present the client with a design concept that includes space plans and drawings.
• After concept and modifications are discussed and a final plan is agreed upon a contract and work schedule is created.

Implementation

• Purchase and payment arrangements are made depending on the scope of work, including a deposit upon contract signing.

Installation

• Depending on the project this could be a one day process or several phases.
• It is the client’s desire of how involved they wish to be.
• The designer and project manager (if applicable) will closely monitor the design’s process during each phase of the project, ensuring the client’s total satisfaction.
• Upon completion of the contracted project and satisfaction, a final payment is required.
